Year in review: new partners and big plans for the future!

We, the teams at “100% Life” and 100% Life Germany, are delighted to be able to share with you as the year draws to a close that 2025 has brought us some excellent new partners. Together, we have begun work on an important project – “United for Health & Life: Transnational cooperation between Sweden, Ukraine, Germany and Poland in the fight against HIV”. This project aims to ensure that Ukrainians living abroad with HIV have access to medical and social services, and to build partner networks between organisations in Ukraine and Europe.

We have many joint plans ahead of us: expanding access to testing and treatment, running information campaigns, organising international meetings and exchanging experiences to strengthen the fight against HIV in the region. We look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration that will bring about real change for people in need of support.

🤝 Our partners:

Fundacja Help Now HUB (Poland) – an organisation that supports people living with HIV and migrants in Poland. Its activities include testing, counselling, access to treatment and the defence of human rights.

Riksförbundet Noaks Ark (Sweden) – one of the best-known organisations in the field of HIV prevention in Sweden. It is committed to raising public awareness, supporting people living with HIV, and promoting modern treatment approaches, including PrEP and ART.

The project “United for Health & Life: Transnational Cooperation between Sweden, Ukraine, Germany and Poland in the Fight against HIV” is funded by the Svenska institutet as part of the Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme.
