23 participants in the Free C project successfully completed treatment and received ongoing support

As part of the Free C project, between July and September 2026, another 23 women successfully completed their course of treatment and underwent final medical consultations. During their final visits, the participants received detailed information about their treatment outcomes, recommendations for ongoing health monitoring, and information about available medical support options after the project’s support ends.

A comprehensive approach to supporting clients remains a key component of the Free C team’s work. In addition to providing medical care, project specialists conduct post-project monitoring, which allows them to stay in touch with participants, answer additional questions, and respond promptly to any needs that may arise.

During the final consultations and phone calls, the women were also reminded of their rights as service recipients and the available feedback channels. Participants were informed about the option to confidentially provide feedback, share their experiences, submit suggestions, or report issues related to the medical and psychosocial support they received. It was specifically emphasized that providing feedback or filing complaints in no way affects access to care.

Post-treatment telephone follow-up provided an additional opportunity to assess the quality of services provided, gather feedback from participants, and identify issues that may require further attention from specialists.

Every story of successful treatment completion is an important outcome of the project and another step toward improving the health, well-being, and quality of life of Ukrainian women.

Free C continues to work to ensure that access to high-quality medical and psychosocial support remains available to those who need it most.

As a reminder, the #FreeC project is implemented by the charitable organization “100% Life” in partnership with Johanniter International Assistance, with funding from the Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung, at 100% Life medical centers in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Rivne, and Poltava.
