The personal composition of the candidates for the position of the Chairman of the Coordination Council has been approved

Dear members of the Organization,

On the basis of the Protocol (№ 14/2018 of July 2, 2018) of the Coordination Council meeting of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (hereinafter – the Organization), the General Meeting of members of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS on the election of a chairperson of the Coordination Council (hereinafter – the General Meeting) will be conducted on September 4 and 5, 2018. According to the Protocol № 20/2018 of August 14, 2018, the meeting of the Coordination Council of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS approved the personal composition of the candidates for the position of the chairperson of the Coordination Council, the final agenda of the General Meeting of the Organization’s members and personal composition of the Counting Commission.

1. The General Meeting of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS on the election of the chairperson of the Coordination Council:

The date of the General Meeting: September 4-5, 2018.

The opening of the General Meeting on September 4, 2018: 10.00 a.m.

The closing of the General Meeting on September 4, 2018: 04.00 p.m.

The venue of the General Meeting on September 4, 2018:

Due to the fact that the members of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS are located in different regions of Ukraine, the voting of the Organization’s members on the election of the chairperson of the Coordination Council is conducted by filling in ballots by each member of the Organization in the places designated for voting at the following addresses:

The venue of the General Meeting on September 5, 2018: The second day of the General Meeting of the members of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS is held at the address: 87-A Mezhyhirska Street, letter B, Kyiv.

2. The personal composition of the candidates for the position of the chairperson of the Organization’s Coordination Council that will be voted at the General Meeting on September 4 and 5, 2018:

4. The personal composition of the Counting Commission that will calculate the votes of the Organization’s members at the General Meeting, which will be held on September 4 and 5, 2018:

– Angela Moiseenko, Chairman of the Counting Commission/ Head of the Board of Charitable Organization “Chernigiv Oblast Branch of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS;

– Mariya Ignatushyna, Secretary of the Counting Commission/Head of Legal Service of CO “100% of Life”;

– Olga Rudneva, Member of the Counting Commission/Member of the Supervisory Board of CO “100% of Life”;

-. Oleksandr Kolisnyk, Member of the Counting Commission/Head of the Board of Charitable Organization “Charity Society ‘Network’, Dnipro”;

– Oleksandr Solianyk, Member of the Counting Commission/Head of the Medical and Social Service of the Charitable Organization “Light of Hope”.

The elections took place on September 4, 2018. According to the results of the voting, Dmytro Sherembei has received the largest number of votes of the Organization’s members. So, Dmytro Sherembei was elected as Chairperson of the Coordination Council of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS.
