Mission

CO «100% Life» (former the Network of PLWH) is the largest patient-led organization in Ukraine which mission is to fight for Life. The Network works with patients and for patients, including representation of  the interests of people living with HIV in 25 regions of Ukraine. The Network has been operating since 2001 and is the main recipient and implementing partner of the Global Fund and USAID projects in Ukraine.

 «100% Life»  is  the developer of the eHealth system and the leading partner of the Government of Ukraine  in the implementation of health care reform . In 2016, the Network received the PEPFAR award and became the largest philanthropist of the 2016 and 2017 according to the Ukrainian Philanthropic Forum. Annually the Network provides services to more than 190,000 patients, 90,000 of whom are PLWH.

We are actively working  to provide 100% access to treatment to 100% of Ukrainian patients.

Mission

In the 21st century HIV is no longer a verdict. A HIV-positive person taking antiretroviral therapy can live 100% full life:

  • Have a family and healthy children;
  • Work and be socially active;
  • Have a life expectancy equal to the life expectancy of HIV-negative people

The Network is a reliable civil society partner of the government in overcoming HIV/AIDS epidemics, TB and Hepatitis in Ukraine

Our priority is the achievement of UNAIDS 90-90-90 global goals in Ukraine, through the following actions:

 

  • 100% coverage of all PLWH by antiretroviral therapy
  • Advocacy efforts to increase access to HIV, TB and HCV treatment in Ukraine
  • Development of programs for the diagnosis and treatment of HIV infection to ensure meeting the needs of each city to the maximum extent.
  • Expanding HIV, TB and HCV prevention programs
  • Development of a model of successful interaction between the state and public sectors to provide sustainable solutions for social problems;
  • Reforming the healthcare system and introducing innovative models and approaches in the provision of medical and social services
  • Development of “100% life” network of medical centers.
  • Fostering tolerant attitude of society towards the rights of people with specific needs, in particulae towards PLWH.
