Goal: To strengthen cooperation in the field of public health and HIV response between partner countries in order to improve service delivery, share expertise, and develop sustainable strategies for the future.

Relevance: The ongoing migration processes and their impact on public health highlight the urgent need for cross-border cooperation. By aligning strategies, enhancing communication, and exploring opportunities for financial support, the partners aim to build a more sustainable and effective health response across Europe.

Areas of Ativity:

  • Within the partnership, a list of relevant issues, areas of expertise, and opportunities will be identified, along with principles of collaboration to further expand cooperation.
  • Based on knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and potential solutions, an action plan will be developed to help each partner adapt shared practices to their local context within a common strategy.
  • A joint strategic framework and approach for long-term partnerships in public health will be developed.

The project is implemented under the Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme.
