Project Goal and Objective:

To support and further develop the software “Information and Telecommunication System ‘Monitoring of Social Services Provision in Ukraine: DATACHECK UKRAINE’” (hereinafter – ITC “DATACHECK UKRAINE”), which enables data collection on HIV services provided by public and private institutions, data verification, management, and improved monitoring of service delivery to end users.

The system simplifies tracking of services through mobile technologies and enhances service quality via client feedback and service confirmation.

A key feature of the system is the high reliability and transparency of data obtained from social support projects for various target groups. The data and program indicators are verified, which increases the credibility of monitoring results and the percentage of verified services.

ITC “DATACHECK UKRAINE” Enables:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information on service delivery;
• Providing real-time, detailed data at all levels (location, verification methods, etc.) and tracking project implementation;
• Simplifying documentation through flexible reporting tailored to requirements.

Project Task:

To improve the existing functionality of ITC “DATACHECK UKRAINE” for broader use by its users.

Geography and Beneficiaries:

The ITC “DATACHECK UKRAINE” program is being implemented across Ukraine, with a focus on the following regions:
Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and the city of Kyiv or parts thereof under the control of the Government of Ukraine.
