On March 30–31, 2026, a working meeting of key partners of the “United for Health & Life” project was held in Warsaw, bringing together organizations from Sweden, Ukraine, Germany, and Poland. The charitable organization “100% Life,” 100 Percent Life Germany, and Noaks Ark Mosaik are working together to develop transnational solutions and exchange best practices in the field of HIV prevention.

Over the course of two days, participants focused on further shaping the project model, refining interventions, distributing roles among partners, and developing joint approaches to supporting communities affected by the HIV epidemic. The meeting marked an important step in deepening cross-border cooperation and coordinating strategic steps.

After an intensive first day of work, participants visited the well-known Warsaw bar Ramona—one of the city’s key safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Here, peer counselors conduct testing for HIV and other infections, provide support, and offer motivational counseling. For the partners, this served as a valuable practical example of how community spaces can be important platforms for accessing services.

The second day was dedicated to exchanging experiences with the Polish organization FES, where participants discussed effective models for working with vulnerable groups, approaches to community engagement, and opportunities to strengthen mutual support between countries.
The meeting in Warsaw marked another step toward strengthening international partnerships and developing innovative practices that will help participating countries respond more effectively to challenges related to the HIV epidemic.
Together, we are creating systemic solutions for life, health, and strong communities.
The project is implemented with the support of the Swedish Institute (Svenska Institutet) as part of the Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme.
