100% LIFE Medical Centers

100% LIFE Medical Centers: Accessibility, Resilience, and Trust

100% LIFE is not only about advocacy and community support — it is also about building a network of modern medical centers that provide high-quality, safe, and accessible care to everyone who needs it.

Putting Patients First — From Day One

The first medical center opened in Poltava in 2016, followed by Kyiv (2018), Chernihiv (2020), and Rivne (2020). By 2020, four fully operational clinics were serving patients, each based on the principle of “100% tolerance” — openness, inclusivity, and respect for every individual.

These are not just private clinics — they are integrated into Ukraine’s national healthcare system. Since 2018, agreements have been signed with the Ministry of Health, and since 2020, contracts have been in place with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) under the Medical Guarantees Program. 100% LIFE became the first private provider of HIV services in Ukraine to sign a contract with the NHSU.

Services That Change Lives

The centers offer a full range of services for both the general population and key groups:

  • Family medicine
  • Vaccinations (public and private)
  • Specialized consultations (infectious disease specialists, gynecologists, pediatricians, addiction specialists, etc.)
  • HIV testing, ultrasound diagnostics
  • Opioid substitution therapy (OST)
  • HIV follow-up care and antiretroviral therapy (ART)

A Sustainable Model with Proven Results

  • In 2018, the Poltava center reached break-even point, providing over 2,600 services.
  • In 2019–2020, the Kyiv, Poltava, and Chernihiv centers jointly delivered more than 17,000 medical interventions.
  • In 2024, over 7,124 patients received services, 1,523 people living with HIV (PLHIV) were under regular follow-up, and 1,483 were receiving ART.
  • In 2022, amid full-scale war, the centers operated as humanitarian hubs, continuing uninterrupted care delivery.

Adapting to Challenges — It’s in Our DNA

During the COVID-19 pandemic and full-scale invasion, the medical centers never stopped operating. On the contrary, they became reliable points of support for internally displaced persons (IDPs), people living with HIV, people with limited mobility, and other vulnerable groups.

Supported by Strong Partnerships

The development of the clinics has been made possible through the support of Expertise France, the Global Fund, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, and the Elena Pinchuk Foundation. This donor support enabled the purchase of modern medical equipment, expansion of services, and operational stability during even the most difficult times.
