Regional branches

We are the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Charitable Organization “100% LIFE” – the largest patient-led organization in Ukraine. Our activities cover the entire territory of the Vinnytsia region.

The organization was created and operates for people living with HIV, tuberculosis patients, and members of key risk groups. With the goal of ensuring 100% access to treatment for all patients, since 2009 we have made a significant contribution to the national campaign against the HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis epidemics in Ukraine.

We unite people living with HIV and like-minded individuals with an active civic stance to create opportunities for everyone affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic to realize their:

  • Right to life
  • Right to support
  • Right to self-realization

Staff of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the CO “All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH” continuously carry out advocacy and other activities related to:

  • Medical, social, and psychological support for HIV+ individuals and TB patients during outpatient treatment;
  • HIV prevention in penitentiary institutions, and support for HIV-positive inmates in correctional facilities;
  • Improving the quality of medical care for PLWH by enhancing computer literacy and skills of healthcare personnel working in the HIV/AIDS sector at local, regional, and national levels;
  • Ensuring the sustainability of social services for HIV-vulnerable groups at the local level;
  • Monitoring and analyzing public health procurement at the regional level;
  • Organizing and conducting public communication events at the local level;
  • Promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering public tolerance toward vulnerable groups.

Our constant communication with the public through media, internet presence, and social networks allows us to promptly highlight the organization’s current activities and promote our active civic engagement.

The regional branch is a reliable partner in implementing programs supported and funded by the CO “All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH”, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GF), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the PEPFAR (U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) initiative, and others.
