History of development
Sumy Regional Public Organization “Club ”Chance.” Founded in 2006. As of December 17, 2018, 165 people were involved in providing services to the organization’s target groups. Large-scale projects: In 2018, the Sumy Regional Public Organization “Club ”Chance” is operating under a pilot model for the procurement of social services funded by the Sumy Regional Public Health Center as part of the plan to transition from donor to state funding for HIV and TB-related services. Under the social service agreements, activities are carried out in three large-scale areas: 1) A package of comprehensive services for the care and support of patients with tuberculosis, including multidrug-resistant tuberculosis; 2) Comprehensive services for the care and support of people living with HIV; 3) A package of comprehensive services for HIV prevention among key populations (PWID, SW, MSM). Project “Ensuring a sustainable response to the TB and HIV/AIDS epidemics: from services to advocacy” (01.01.2018-31.12.2018) – with the support of the All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV and the International Charitable Foundation “Alliance for Public Health.”
