History of development
The charitable organization “100% Life. Odessa” is an association of like-minded people with an active life position aimed at creating opportunities for every person affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic to realize:
The right to life;
The right to support;
The right to self-fulfillment.
Creating opportunities means:
Developing and providing necessary services;
Strengthening the capacity of service providers;
Developing models of successful interaction between the public and private sectors to sustainably overcome social problems;
Working closely with the public and private sectors to bring legislation in line with international standards;
Changing society’s attitude towards the rights of people with specific needs, primarily PLHIV, and protecting their rights.

Implementation of the model “HIV testing services (HTS) at the initiative of a healthcare professional”
Implementation of the model “HIV testing services (HTS): Sexual partners of PLHIV and their immediate environment at risk of HIV infection. Community testing”
In close cooperation with the public and private sectors, bring legislation into line with international standards
Change society’s attitude towards the rights of people with specific needs, primarily PLHIV, and protect their rights.
The organization has 44 employees, with expansion planned after the new year.

Areas of activity
“Comprehensive support for PLHIV with the aim of building adherence to ART and medical services” Objective
To ensure high adherence to ART and medical services among PLHIV, which involves the timely intake of ARV drugs and regular medical examinations.
Since spring 2018, the charitable organization “100 Percent Life. Odessa” has been implementing the HealthLink project:
Introduction of the model “HIV testing services (HTS) on the initiative of a healthcare worker”
Introduction of the model “HIV testing services (HTS): Sexual partners of PLHIV and their immediate environment at risk of HIV infection. Community testing.”
Target group of the project:
The project is designed for the general population in order to identify the maximum number of PLHIV (with a particular focus on sexual partners of PLHIV and representatives of risk groups).
People who have just learned about their positive HIV status.
Healthcare workers.
Project objectives:
Widespread implementation of HIV testing and identification of people with HIV who are not yet aware of their status in healthcare and prevention facilities in Odessa and the Odessa region.
