General Meeting of the Network January 29-30, 2018

Dear members of the Network,

According to the Protocol (No. 1/2018 of January 19, 2018) of the Coordinating Board meeting of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (hereinafter – the Network), the final agenda, date, time and venue of the General Meeting of the Network’s Members (hereinafter – the General Meeting) are approved.

Date of the General Meeting: January 29-30, 2018.

The opening of the General Meeting on January 29, 2018: 12.00 p.m.

The closing of the General Meeting on January 29, 2018: 6.00 p.m.

Due to the fact that the members of the Network are located in different regions of Ukraine, the voting is conducted in the places designated for voting at the following addresses:

The venue of the General Meeting on January 30, 2018: the second day of the General Meeting is held at the address: Kyiv, 87-B Mezhyhirska Street, letter B.

Final agenda of the General Meeting:

1. Election of the Chairman and Secretary of the General Meeting in the relevant oblasts or cities of Ukraine which were designated as the General Meeting venues.
2. Approval of the General Meeting agenda.
3. Approval of the new edition of the Charter of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in the proposed wording.
4. State registration of the new edition of the Charter of the Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in the proposed wording.
